As a member of the Service you may submit URLs of news feeds. RSSBlogster does not pre-screen news feeds, but RSSBlogster will have the right in their sole discretion to remove any feed that violates the TOS. You understand that the content of each news feed is the sole responsibility of the creator of the feed. RSSBlogster does not control the news feeds and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the feeds.

4. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

5. PROHIBITED USES

9 . USER WARRANTY
You represent and warrant to RSSBlogster: (a) that you have full power, authority, and legal capacity to enter into the Agreements and follow its obligations, and if you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you have the authority to bind your principal or employer company; (b) you will provide complete and accurate information to RSSBlogster, including, but not limited to your Recommendations;

10. USER CONTENT
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of any information, materials or other content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available through this web site, the Service or otherwise. You grant to RSSBlogster an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform and transmit all such information, materials or other content, and to sublicense others to do so on RSSBlogster’s behalf in connection with the web site and the Service.
